Shipping and returns
Packages are usually delivered by post immediately after receipt of payment.
Upon request, we will send you an order tracking link regardless of which delivery method you choose.
The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as the postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine several items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care will be taken for fragile goods.
The shipping boxes are wide and your goods are packed well protected.
Returns are only possible after prior agreement and at the expense of the sender.
